Jonathan works with patients at the practice to improve their health and wellbeing by offering help to people facing issues such as poverty, loneliness and isolation, housing, debt, and abuse. You can self refer at reception or through your GP. Community Link Workers will always be guided by your goals and priorities. They can signpost, refer and advocate for you to access many different types of support that is suitable to your needs.

The Health Visiting Team carries out nursing care, health promotion and support to our new mothers and children under the age of 5.

Nursing services
The District Nursing Service in Greater Glasgow & Clyde aims to provide an accessible and appropriate, high quality, culturally sensitive and effective nursing service to all age groups in the community by working in partnerships with service users, care providers and other agencies.
Day staff are available between 8:30am and 4:30pm, when phoning you may not be able to speak to the Nurse but a message can be left on an answering machine and you will be contacted as soon as possible. They provide care to patients who are unable to leave their homes, offering services including wound and palliative care.
